Dimore D'Epoca supports FAI

FAI (Fund for Italian Environment) was created by a group of people aiming at doing something concrete for the safeguard of the best of Italy. The preservation of the landscape, of the artistic and natural heritage of this Country and rescue from deterioration and oblivion, so that all this wealth can be handed down intact to future generations: this is the mission of FAI, a non-profit foundation created in 1975, which is kept alive and active thanks to the help of friends, supporters and enrolled members. During the 35 years of its activity, FAI has rescued 44 assets of real estate, 21 of which have been open to the public after careful restoration.They include castles, villas, historic parks, ancient dwellings and natural areas of matchless beauty.

The aim of FAI is the promotion of a culture of respect for our Country's nature, art , history and traditions, out of a belief that to know is the first step towards learning and appreciation, so as to safeguard the heritage of our cultural roots and identity. Dimore d'Epoca supports the activities of FAI as a Corporate Golden Donor, joining an agreement among socially concerned and committed companies which promote a project of safeguard and improvement of our common Heritage. The member hotels of Dimore d'Epoca have been affiliated to the Foundation and have decided to offer special accommodation rates to FAI 's employees and members in our facilities, really unique places where the historical memory and traditions of some of the loveliest corners of Italy have been kept alive.
